We currently ship to all Emirates within the UAE, including:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

the order may be returned or additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue
